The build, step by step
Step 1 of 5
Weeks 1 to 4. Site prep and foundation.
- A soil test and an engineered slab plan before we break ground.
- Post-tension slab, poured and checked by an independent engineer.

Week 2, the slab is poured. Step 2 of 5
Weeks 5 to 10. Framing and exterior.
- Engineered lumber framing, straight and square.
- House wrap, windows, then brick or fiber-cement siding, your choice.

Week 7, the walls go up. Step 3 of 5
Weeks 11 to 14. Roof and dry-in.
- Architectural shingles with a 30-year warranty, standing-seam metal as an option.
- Seamless gutters and downspouts.

Week 12, the roof is on. Step 4 of 5
Weeks 15 to 26. Mechanicals, drywall and finishes.
- You pick every finish in our design center before we start.
- HVAC, electrical and plumbing rough-ins, each passed by the city inspector, then signed off with you.

Week 16, the last windows and doors are in. Step 5 of 5
Week 27. Keys in hand.
- A final walkthrough two weeks before closing.
- Your keys, the full paperwork and your warranties.
